What is to modify my account?

It is very easy to modify your account. You can login to your account and then billing address, your address, e-mail address, mobile number, everything you can change without any hesitation. by the yourself.

if I need to modify my order?

A change in a shop order is called a modification. … Generally, a modification must be based upon a “substantial change of circumstances” since the last order was made by the yourself.

if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it’s under preparing by logging into your Dkakintop account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the option to cancel.

Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, you will receive SMS with a link and you can cancel the shipment using it as well.

 
How can I track my order?

As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your Dkakintop account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product. 

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by SMS and email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive SMS with a link to reschedule, combine or cancel the shipment.

 
How do I change my payment method on Dkakintop after ordering?
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Find the relevant item or order and select Retry Payment Method.
  3. Select your chosen payment method and select Continue.
What if I need to change my card details?

The card opens in the center of the page. Click Edit under the card name. You can update your billing address, select a default card, update card details or …contact us.

Can I pay when I receive my ordered product?

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for fulfilled by Dkakintop and some seller fulfilled items. If you have Gift Card balance in your account, you will not see the Cash on Delivery as available payment method. Please deselect Gift Card balance on Payments page, remove Global Store items from your cart to see COD Payment method to pay using cash.

How much does shipping cost?

Each order’s shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. You can review the options and final shipping cost before completing your purchase in the store. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

We’re not able to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to change the shipping address, to cancel your order and place a new order with the new shipping address.

What is warranty policy?
  1. All electronics devices sold on dkakin.com have a 1-year warranty (Manufacturer’s guarantee) except for accessories.
  2. Warranty services provided by sellers other than dkakin, are not the responsibility of dkakin. This includes spare part availability, repair period, and/or quality of the repair. The customer is to contact the warranty service provider directly in case of complaints or any other concern.
  3. The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period you can benefit from warranty services. If the device was delivered to you along with a warranty card, you must provide it in order to proceed with the claim.
  4. The warranty repair period is fifteen (15) working days for failures that are covered under warranty.
  5. A repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide the right to an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In case there is a delay in sourcing the spare parts, the repair cycle, or manufacturing defect, you will be entitled to a temporary product (or item price ÷ 400 x the delayed days of the device’s value) *.
  6. If your item can’t be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, You will be eligible for a replacement or a refund after deducting the usage value and missing accessories in the cases that are qualified under the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry **.
  7. The lifecycle of devices may differ from one another and customers can review the device manual or contact the manufacturer for more details.
  8. Some service centers’ policy might be applied in the warranty claim in which they will ask you to pay an amount for the item that is Out of warranty and you have rejected the repair price.
  9. Warranty doesn’t cover the damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, or other external cause.
How can I raise a new warranty claim?

Please go to your profile -> Warranty Claims and chose the item for which you want to raise a new claim.

Do I have to pay for anything for the warranty service?
We will be picking up your device and send it back to you free of charge, yet the policy of some service centers might be applied in which they will ask you to pay an amount for the item that is Out of warranty and you have rejected the repair price.
What is the policy for return?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

What is the expected time to return my item?

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

What is the return process?

To return an item, please email customer service at connect@dkakin.top to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Website or App , and mail your return to the following address:
